1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using The Agenzzy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

The Agenzzy provides branding, web design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Agenzzy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in their project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines and costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally, we require a deposit before project commencement, with remaining balances due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope require a new agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Agenzzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
